Will going to work upset my hemmorhoid?

I went for a run and played basketball the other day in Florida's 100 degree heat and then went to work later that night. By the end of my shift I knew there was something wrong downstairs and I had a hemmorhoid and it ws hurting so bad. Ive had the last two days off but Im supposed to go to work tonight and tomorrow at 10 ( I work at an outdoor type restaurant with no AC). Its gonna be at least 90 degrees all night and tomorrow day which causes me to sweat all over so if I go to work tonight am I going to be in excruciating pain all over again?
