I took midol and then got sick; should I take another dose?

I'm having excruciating cramps from my period. I took two midol pills and then a few minutes later I threw up. I don't remember seeing the pills in the puke--I wasn't thinking about them or looking for them. Should I not take any more pills? I don't know if I puked them up and I'm still in pain. Should I just wait? (It's been about 30 minutes since I was sick) I want to because I feel like my insides are being ripped apart, but I dont want to OD.
