its great that your recovering btw :Dit's alright your not the only one that does this, i have my few binges before and trust me it won't make you fat. you might be bloated but that will go down, and in a few days you'll look fine :) How about you have an early night and try to calm down. Don't think about how many calories you had, completely blank it out. tomorrow start again with a healthy amount and if you feel an urge to binge then get out the house or occupy yourself. if you keep binging then you really need to get help though.
