Need help with pain? I'm against a wall here?

I'm 20 years old about 3 years ago I got jumped and was stabbed in the knee. I face pretty severe pain on a daily basis some days it's just excruciating. The only work I can really do is labor I've ****** up my back because I can't lift with my knees ( excuse my language) I'm against a wall I have a baby on the way and need to work but I can't deal with this pain I've taken aleeve one doctor even prescribed me tremadol I'm afraid cause I'm at the " drug seeking age" no dr will take me seriously help please
