I think I know the name of this TV show but...?

I'm not quite sure and when I search for an Episode list, not all of the episodes have summaries! I think it was Judging Amy. There was this episode where a girl had been in a coma for about 10 years ( I believe) and her mother was going to take her off the ventilator. They had had a computer to write up documents when suddenly they received an instant message, and it was from the girl's mind. Apparently, she could communicate through radio waves and she told them she was lost. She had been search forever but couldn't remember how to get home. I believe Amy (it was a female character on the computer) remained at the computer while her brother (male character) went around the city to lead the girl back to her 'home' but the city had changed from what the girl's mind remembered, but eventually they managed to lead her home and she woke from her coma. Help!! I need to know if this was Judging Amy!
