Fever since 5 days... should I go see a doctor?

I've been feeling baldy and lying in bed with fever for the last five days. The high temperatures only occur sporadically though, the rest of the time I just have this excruciating headache which I try to treat with ibuprofen, but the fever surges keep coming back. At what point should I go see a doctor?
