Brown Discharge/blood 9 weeks.?

I had a scan done at 6 weeks to confirm my baby was in my uterus and not my tube. At this point the doctor did see a blood clit in my uterus and said that I did have some bleeding to do more than likley. He gave me no restrictions or anything. I am now currently 9 weeks. Well yesterday I was cleaning the garage out and bending and lifting alot of stuff.. Well once I sat down for about an hour I had a gush of fluid come out. It was watery and brown. Not sure if its blood or discharge. And just a little bit more came out during the night. I have had no cramps or pain. But aoke up with an excruciating headache. It is saturday so no doctors office is open. Any advice on if this is dangerous or should I be concerned?? Is this a miscarriage or just the blood clot??? Thanx all
