Question for navy seals only?

alright im 14 and the seals man its my dream to become one i know that the training is over a year and excruciating but there is only one thing i dont think i can do and thats well how long would i have to be able to hold my breath underwaterthat is the only thing im also afraid of heights but i can oevercome that
