I'm a 27 yr old female and my dad talks to me (and my husband) about the most inappropriate things, what to do?

My husband and I live with my father because my mother needs care that he isn't able to provide, it is a very temporary situation but there are a lot of problems because of his behavior. He is constantly talking about things of a sexual nature and using innuendos and inappropriate language and terms, rather than saying penis or vagina he uses foul words in their place. He makes comments about mine and my husband's sex life (I'm pregnant so it's even worse now) and specifically makes remarks about me that I feel are uncalled for seeing as he is my father. He has a horrible temper and holds a grudge for decades (I confronted him about his alcohol use when I was a teenager and still hear about it, get it thrown back in my face) so I don't know how to EFFECTIVELY approach him about this. My mother is too ill to do anything, she is on a ventilator and has a trach and feeding tube in place, and I know my husband doesn't know what to say either. Any advice? Ideas for reverse psychology that won't antagonize him further?
