Am i having a miscarriage? PLEASE HELP?

My period was due in a few days, I was pregnant 4 weeks if I was pregnant.but I woke up in excruciating painful cramps and I felt like I was going to throw up. I layed in bed all day that's how bad it hurt. I Was bleeding For 2 day and there have been alot of blood clots and it just doesn't look like my period. There is also a light red fleshy looking tissue coming out as well. The bleeding isn't as much now but I'm still getting the tissue.
