My baby girl is born @27 week, how much her survival rate. Doctor says her lungs are still not mature?

my baby girl is born @27 week, how much her survival rate. Doctor says her lungs are still not mature and kept her in ventilator from last one week. As per doctor baby is stable, still i am wondering what will happen and why she is in ventilator.. please share and suggest.
