Is there any nursing homes in north texas that take ventilator patients?

I've tried to do a little research on vent nursing homes but I haven't had a lot of luck. I also contacted medicaid today who could not give me a list. I am trying to find a nursing home in north texas or southeast oklahoma that accepts ventilator patients with medicaid. Thanks for any help
