How bad does a nose piercing hurt?

Ok so I've heard that it hurts and I've heard that it doesn't. So on a scale of 1-10 (10 being excruciating and 1 being, well, nothing). And if it helps at all, in 12. The whole age thing might change the pain. Idk.
