Help with a highly frustrating sex life, any help?

You have to take it easy. When I lost my virginity I tore my vaginal wall because mine was too rough with me and It hurt to an excruciating point. If your a virigin and begin to have sex and it hurts to a point where you feel hes ripping out your insides you should go to a doctor and have them check you because you could wind up getting internal bleeding. I almost died from it and didn't even know about it. He also might have popped ur cherry which it will bleed and that means you are no longer a virgin and should take precaution. A useful position to for begginers is lay on ur side and have him side bang u. I know it sounds funny but it hurts less, and there is no major pinching feeling and guys love the feeling.
