Brown bump on anal ring?

It is somewhat itchy, tender, sometimes it burns...Not excruciating pain but it feels like a constant pressure...No blood in stool and rather easy bowel movements...Going to the doctor tommorow some of my frends have said its a cyst but idk and im scared...Im also 16 years old and cysts apparently appear in younger men
