15 weeks pregnant, and broke my tooth on a taco :(?

when I it down on the shell, I had an excruciating pain in my tooth. I am pregnant and need it fixed bc I can't eat or drink ANYTHING. It hurts to talk as well. I don't know if it has broken, or chipped or anything. It was already a cavity. I am 15 weeks pregnant, almost 16, is it safe to go get it fixed?
